  • Welcome to Phil’s Mountain Hideout (AKA Wattage Cottage)! This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin is clean, updated, and has everything you need for your next Big Bear Getaway! Nestled among the pines in a quiet neighborhood, this cabin is just a few minutes from Ski Resorts, the Lake, Village, Shopping, and everything that Big Bear has to offer.

    When you arrive at the cabin, you will appreciate the spacious yard, level parking, and covered front porch – the perfect place sit and relax to take in nature and the fresh mountain air. Step inside and you are greeted with the perfect blend of rustic and modern. The Living Room features vaulted, wood ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a large flat screen TV (there is no fireplace). WiFi and Amazon Fire w/ Netflix, etc. are available for your convenience.

    The nearby dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal or play some board games. There is also bar seating for four. The Kitchen has been updated and features new, stainless appliances including a refrigerator, range and microwave (no dishwasher), as well as a stack washer/dryer.

    The Master Bedroom has a comfy, queen bed with a flat screen TV, and direct access to the updated bathroom with shower. The bathroom also has a door from the kitchen. In the Guest Bedroom you will find a twin over full bunk bed, and another flat screen TV.

    Phil’s Mountain Hideout is the perfect place to escape to in beautiful, Big Bear. Updated, clean, pet-friendly…you’ll love it here!
